Sue Bohlen
CEO, FOUNDER
With a diverse career, Sue served as the Events Director of New York Magazine for seven years, where she spearheaded the creation of Vulture Festival—a dynamic pop culture entertainment festival that brought to life the Vulture entertainment edit. Over the course of five years, Sue not only executive produced but also nurtured the festival’s growth in New York City and expanded its footprint to Los Angeles.
Additionally, Sue served as the Events Director of Conde Nast Traveler for four years and Christie’s Auction House for two years, she’s acted as a guest speaker at the NYU School of Publishing, and has been recognized on the BizBash 500 List, as one of the most influential event professionals in the industry.
Her client portfolio boasts prestigious names such as The Atlantic, Vox Media, Fast Company, Conde Nast (Bon Appetit, Architectural Digest, Conde Nast Traveler, Teen Vogue), Atlas Obscura, YouTube, The Infatuation, Food52, Bravo, SelvaRey Rum, the Fashion Scholarship Fund, and Virgil Abloh’s “Post-Modern” Scholarship Fund, among others—and in the realm of non-profit initiatives, Sue has successfully programmed and produced an annual comedy show with Padma Lakshmi, hosted by Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers, for the past several years, and produced successful GOTV initiatives to benefit Stacey Abrams’ Fair Fight.
